Pakistani fruit-seller wows the internet with his rendition of Arijit Singh's song

True musical talent is hard to come by with many so-called professionals and big names in the industry resort to auto-tune and remixing existing compositions as the easy way out. But time and again, the internet reveals completely ordinary people who possess such amazing talent that you’ll be left awestruck.
This time it is Tahir Zaman, a Pakistani fruit seller, who has impressed people with his wonderful voice after singing popular playback star Arijit Singh’s romantic track Baatein Yeh Kabhi Naa Tu Bhoolna from the film Khamoshiyan. The fact that someone of very limited financial means and probably no formal training can croon as beautifully if not more than most of the top singers in the country has left many surprised.
The video has now gone viral after reaching around a million views and being shared thousands of times on social media. Let’s hope that this is only the beginning of the journey of a superstar in the making.
