Novotel Hyderabad Airport Celebrates Kashmiri Culinary Heritage with a Kashmiri Wazwan Food Pop-Up

Hyderabad:This September, Novotel Hyderabad Airport brings the royal feasting tradition of Kashmir to the city with a special Wazwan-themed food pop-up.
An integral part of Kashmiri culture and hospitality, Wazwan is traditionally prepared for weddings, celebrations, and important gatherings, featuring a range of meat-based dishes, each prepared with its own technique and blend of spices.
Curated by guest Chef Kavita Shah in collaboration with Executive Chef Amanna Raju, the pop-up offers guests an immersive introduction to one of India's most distinctive regional cuisines. The menu will showcase an array of Kashmiri specialities, including Nadru Shorba, Tuj Maaz, Tabakh Maaz, Gogji Rajma, Haak Saag, and Kashmiri Mutton Pulao, served alongside desserts such as Kashmiri Shufta and Kong Phirni.
The Kashmiri Wazwan pop-up will run from 3-5 September, and continue every Sunday through September with a special Wazwan-themed brunch at Food Exchange, Novotel Hyderabad Airport.
