Designed as a journey rather than a meal, the experience offers 3, 5, and 7-course tasting menus, available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines, each paired with beverages tailored to complement the flavours on the plate. Guests can further elevate their evening with a curated selection of signature dishes, including indulgent curries that add depth to the narrative.
At the heart of the menu lies a delicate balance of flavour and finesse. Highlights include the refreshing Avocado Tartar with citrus-wasabi soy, the comforting umami of Miso Glazed Eggplant, and the indulgent Grilled Chilean Seabass in pepper soy with edamame purée. For those seeking bolder notes, the Lamb Chops with garlic soy and smoked eggplant mash deliver a rich, lingering finish. Desserts like the Yuzu Lemon Sable and Vegan Chocolate Delice provide a refined, elegant close to the experience.
Complementing the cuisine is a thoughtfully crafted beverage program featuring signature cocktails such as Yuzu Picante and Tokyo Boulevardier, alongside non-alcoholic creations like Zen Garden Thyme each sip designed to echo the menu’s philosophy of balance and harmony.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Gopalakrishnan, General Manager, The Leela Hyderabad, said, "At The Leela Hyderabad, we are constantly curating experiences that go beyond dining. Megu is a celebration of artistry and intention where every element, from flavour to presentation, is crafted to engage the senses and create lasting impressions for our guests."
Set against the refined backdrop of The Leela Hyderabad, this limited-time pop-up is poised to be a must-experience for the city’s culinary enthusiasts, an evening where every plate tells a story, and every bite lingers like a well-composed note.
