Vrushchikam,A Suspense Thriller, Launched Today

The suspense-horror thriller Vrushchikam has officially commenced with a grand and traditional pooja ceremony held at the sacred premises of Filmnagar, Hyderabad. The film stars Mangaputra and Yashvika in the lead roles and is being produced under the banner of Sri Aadya Productions. Directed by Mangaputra and produced by Shivarama, the project marks an exciting new venture in the genre.

The launch ceremony was graced by several esteemed guests. Renowned writer Paruchuri Gopalakrishna officiated the inaugural rituals, lending his blessings and direction to the event. Actor Kosuri Subrahmanyam gave the ceremonial camera switch-on, while Supreme Court advocate Habeeb Sultana delivered the film’s first clap.

Actor-director Mangaputra shared his thoughts on this new chapter in his career:

"Having been part of the film industry for over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of acting in films like Jalsa, Gabbar Singh, Sardaar Gabbar Singh alongside Pawan Kalyan Garu, and Baahubali 1 & 2. I deeply admire director Rajamouli and consider myself a student of his cinematic vision. With Vrushchikam, I take on the dual roles of actor and director. It’s a suspense thriller infused with horror elements. We plan to shoot across three schedules in Ramachandrapuram, Bhadrachalam, and Hyderabad, completing the film in 45 days. We’re committed to delivering high production values and utilizing the latest technology. I sincerely request your support for this passionate project."

Lead actress Yashvika expressed her enthusiasm:
