Aadarsha Kutumbam Mercilessly Trolled Targeting Trivikram and Thaman
Since its release, memes and negative comments have been pouring in, with Trivikram's storytelling and Thaman's music becoming the main targets
There were huge expectations surrounding the reunion of Victory Venkatesh and Trivikram Srinivas. After all, the duo had earlier delivered much-loved entertainers such as Nuvvu Naaku Nachav and Malliswari. Naturally, moviegoers expected another memorable entertainer from them. However, Aadarsha Kutumbam – House No. 47 (AK47) has opened to mixed talk, and social media is anything but kind to the film.
Since its release, memes and negative comments have been pouring in, with Trivikram's storytelling and Thaman's music becoming the main targets. Several viewers feel the film has very little freshness and that the director has failed to deliver the kind of entertainment they associate with his earlier films.
Some netizens have even drawn comparisons with the Tamil film Blast and the Telugu hit Drishyam, claiming that the story borrows shades from both. Others are disappointed that Trivikram's trademark punch dialogues and effortless humour are largely missing. While the first half has a few entertaining moments, the second half has been criticised for dragging on, with the climax feeling rushed.
Social media users have not held back in expressing their disappointment. Some have even questioned whether Trivikram has run out of fresh ideas, while others have made sarcastic remarks about his future projects.
Thaman, meanwhile, is facing his share of criticism. Several viewers feel neither the songs nor the background score leave a lasting impression. The familiar drum beats and repetitive tunes have also become a subject of memes, with some moviegoers complaining that the loud background score does little to improve the viewing experience.
A few netizens have gone further, questioning why established music directors continue to get opportunities when younger composers could bring something fresh to the table.
For now, the film seems to have disappointed a section of the audience that expected much more from the Venkatesh-Trivikram combination. Whether the negative chatter on social media will affect its box-office prospects remains to be seen.
