Raj Tarun’s Kittu Unnadu Jagratha wasn’t able to rake in the moolah at the box office, but now his next film Andhagadu is up for release. Directed by debutant Veligonda Srinivas, who is basically a writer, the film’s shooting is already complete and the makers announced that they are planning to release it on May 26.

Raj Tarun plays a blind person in the film. This is the second film that the actor has signed up with the producers of his earlier film, and the third time that he is starring with Hebah Patel in the lead role. Actor Rajendra Prasad plays a key role and the story has been narrated in an entertaining manner, says a source.

The actor’s first few films — such Uyyala Jumpala, Cinema Choopista Mama and Kumari 21 F — collected more than Rs 15 crore and he is now hoping to add Andhagadu to the list of his big successes.
