Actress Nabha Natesh made the right move by debuting in Telugu with Nannu Dochukunduvate. After all, the film starring Sudheer Babu was a hit at the box office. The actress is elated with the compliments she’s receiving for the romantic entertainer.
“I was simultaneously shooting for Adhugo and Nannu Dochukunduvate but the latter released first. It is really heartening to see the kind of response I have been getting. I’m grateful to the audience. This success is the result of a lot of hard work and dedication from the entire team. I’m grateful to the director (R.S. Naidu) for giving me such a strong role with multiple shades in my debut film itself,” shares Nabha.
Having done a couple of films in Kannada, the actress shares that her theatre experience came in handy to get the comic timing right in the romantic entertainer.
“Since my role in Nannu Dochukunduvate has comedy shades too, my earlier experience helped. Continuous workshops and rehearsals to get the expressions right as well as understanding the meaning of dialogues helped me get my part right.”
The star has already landed Ravi Teja’s next film, which would be directed by Vi Anand of Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada fame.
