Jagapathi Babu turns baddie!

That Jagapathi Babu (JB) received a great amount of critical acclaim for his performance as the villain in Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Legend is a well-known fact. Apparently, the actor will once again be seen locking horns with Balakrishna in K. S. Ravi Kumar’s forthcoming action entertainer. Explaining Babu’s addition to the cast, the film’s producer C. Kalyan said, “We have all witnessed Jagapathi Babu’s stellar performance in Legend. We want to recreate that magic and ensure that the action sequences in our film are on par with those in Legend.

Since the film is going to be high on action and emotion, we believe that Babu is the ideal choice to play the antagonist opposite Balakrishna. The action entertainer is set against faction backdrop and Balakrishna will be seen in a role that has two shades.” Further, Babu will also be seen as a baddie in Mahesh Babu’s forthcoming Anil Ravipudi directorial, which will go on floors soon.
