The former actress announces a new TV show based on farmers.
Renu Desai, Pawan Kalyan’s ex, is all set to explore opportunities on the small screen. After being a judge for a dance based reality show, she is now going to do a TV show on farmers. Renu will soon go on a whirlwind tour of Mantralayam in Kurnool district and interact with the families of a few farmers who committed suicide.
Interestingly, the former actress is also readying a script to direct a film on farmers and their problems. Naturally, her new TV show and the tour will be of great help to her.
Sharing her happiness, the Badri actress took to her Instagram profile and wrote, “With this TV show I am getting to do work which makes my soul happy. Getting to talk to farmers, interacting with them, knowing their problems first hand and then trying my best to come up with a solution is truly something that I am honoured to do. Our farmers deserve our respect and all possible help from the government and us. I will share more details about this farmers show and shoot in the coming week. Super super happy and looking forward to the shoot from tomorrow (sic).”
