Kalyan Ram to be seen in a rom-com

Actor Kalyan Ram, who is presently working on a film MLA with debutant director Upendra, has announced another film. The Nandamuri actor is set to team up with ad man-turned-director Jayendra Panchapakesan, who helmed Siddharth-starrer 180 in 2011.

Interestingly, the film will have acclaimed cinematographer P.C. Sreeram on board to wield the lens nearly five years after his last Telugu film Ishq. Announcing the same, the actor wrote: “Thrilled to be associated with this dream team. #NKR15 is a romcom that’ll be directed by @JayendrasPOV, with cinematography by @pcsreeram (sic).”

Touted to be a romantic comedy, the film will go on to the floors soon. It will be interesting to see Kalyan Ram don the avatar of a romantic guy as he has mostly been seen in an action in most of his films.
