Deva Katta to direct Sai Tej
Deva Katta has been busy with a Web series, which is almost complete.
It appears that Sai Tej is now cautious not to repeat his mistakes before Chitralahari. The actor seems be concentrating more on the quality than the quantity of stories he’s taking on now.
While he awaits the launch of his film with director Maruthi on June 24, the shooting of which starts from month end, Sai will be working with the talented director Deva Katta.
“Deva Katta has been busy with a Web series, which is almost complete. He wants to come back to films. And Sai Tej was impressed with the story and gave his nod to the project,” says a source close to the actor.
Deva Katta, on the other hand, hasn’t been very lucky in exposing his calibre after Prasthanam. “The director is coming up with another social subject, and he is confident that he’ll get the right break like he did with Prasthanam with Sai Tej,” added the source. After this, Sai Tej has also lined up two more directors, whom he’ll work with next year.
