Jr NTR and KTR share a close bond
Jr NTR congratulating KTR for his victory when they met in person has quelled all speculation over his earlier silence.
While many Tollywood celebrities tweeted about KTR’s victory in the recent elections, Jr NTR met him in person and congratulated him. Not surprisingly, the picture of Jr NTR and KTR together in the same frame is doing the social media rounds.
According to a source, both met at a common friend’s birthday. For the last few days before the actual poll, the focus had been on Jr NTR since he kept silent and chose not to campaign for his sister, Nandamuri Suhasini. Post elections, he didn’t even tweet or say anything about the TRS victory.
“Meeting KTR and congratulating him has put to an end to all those rumours. Both are good friends and they don’t have any differences,” says the source. Interestingly, both names belong to the late N.T. Rama Rao, as Jr NTR is named after his grandfather NTR, while KTR was named Taraka Rama Rao because NTR was his father KCR’s favourite actor. It was KTR and his father KCR who stood by Jr NTR, when his father Hari Krishna passed away in an accident, a few months ago.
