Although ace director Rajamouli’s upcoming project featuring Ram Charan and Jr NTR was tentatively titled as RRR, he later confirmed at a press conference that they would retain the same title for the film in all the languages.
Meanwhile, with no information on what the title actually meant, people started speculating.
While some said that it stood for Raghupathi Raghava Rajaram, others felt that it stood for Rama Ravana Rajyam. Rajamouli finally explained that the title of the film comes from each of their names, which start with the letter R.
The film — a fictional period drama — will have Ram Charan playing Seetha Rama Raju and NTR playing Bheem, joining forces to fight against the British.
