Top director Trivikram Srinivas was recently in Kakinada for the trailer launch of Sharwanand-starrer Ranarangam. “This is the second time I have visited Kakinada,” recalled the ace director, adding, “I first visited this city for a job that I was hoping I would not get! Now after many years, I visited this city for my film shoot.”
Showering praises on actor Sharwanand, he added, “I know Sharwanand from his college days and he did a very good job in Prasthanam. In this film too, he has acted very convincingly as a 40-year-old person, which is the first sign of victory.” Trivikram also praised director Sudheer Varma for the film. Meanwhile, the actor revealed that he used to meet Trivikram for roles.
“He was a writer at that time and only later, became a director. When I approached him for roles, he (Trivikram) told me that he wanted to make a film with me as lead actor one day,” recalls Sharwanand.
