Prabhas’ fans are a loyal lot!

Regardless of box-office outcomes, it seems actor Prabhas can still count on his fans! Even though the hugely anticipated Saaho was completely written off by the critics, his fans are undeterred. Despite a weak plot, poor music and a non-existent storyline, the film continues to do well at the box-office even after four days of its release, with the actor’s fans rallying in support. The film has collected over Rs 100 crore!

This is in sharp contrast to the fans of actors like Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu, whose films — Agnyathavasi and Spyder lost out on the first day itself and struggled to get back on their feet after. Their die hard fans too didn’t watch their respective films which were box office disasters.

Instead of showing their support in the theatres, PK and Mahesh Babu fans seem obsessed with mindless birthday tweets or trolling actors on social media who do not praise their hero.

When PK lost the Assembly elections, despite having millions of fans, many sniggered that even 10 per cent of his fans didn’t vote for him!
