O Baby remake in Bollywood?

Producer Suresh Babu recently released the teaser of O Baby, starring Samantha Akkineni and directed by Nandini Reddy. It went on to become a big hit on social media and now, a source informs that Suresh Babu is planning to remake the film in Hindi.

Interestingly, the Telugu film is a remake of a Korean film, and Suresh Babu apparently bought the remake rights for all the South Indian languages and Hindi too. Clearly, the film is generating a lot of positive buzz right from the start.

“Both Shraddha Kapoor and Jahnavi Kapoor are interested to do this remake as the film is completely female-oriented and the characterisation is terrific. Both of them have come forward as Suresh Productions is going to be producing this film too,” says a source.

This will also mark Suresh Babu’s re-entry into Hindi films after a long break. “Rana is a very popular person in the Hindi industry, so when he showed the teaser to a few people, these two actresses evinced interest,” adds the source.  
Meanwhile, Suresh Babu is presently shooting in Kashmir for his film,  Venky Mama.
