There are reports that Kajal Agarwal is all set to replace Tamannah in the sequel Raju Gari Gadhi 3, which is to be directed by Omkar. The film was officially launched a few days ago, and Tamannah was seen in attendance.
The shoot had also started few days later. But now, it is reported that the actress has walked out of the project citing date problems. “She signed a Hindi film recently and wants to concentrate on it. So, she opted out of this project,” says a source.
However, some reports say that the differences between Tamannah and the director led to the actress walking out of this film in which Omkar’s brother Ashwin plays the male lead. Given this development, the makers are now approaching Kajal to replace Tamannah. Omkar directed the first two films of Raju Gari Gadhi series and this is the third of that lot.
“The director wants to promote his brother Ashwin through his films as he played a major part in the earlier ones,” added the source. We tried to contact the director to confirm the news, but he didn’t respond to our calls.
