The year 2018 started on a blockbuster note for the Telugu Film Industry, despite the many controversies it has been dogged by. Within a span of three weeks, two films Rangasthalam and Bharat Ane Nenu became huge hits, making money for everyone involved.

Now, another big film is raising the industry’s hopes. This Friday will see the release of Allu Arjun’s Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India. Trade experts have predicted good tidings for the film, considering that it is releasing during the summer holidays.

“The film has a mix of patriotism and commercial elements, so it will definitely attract the masses,” says a trade analyst. Writer Vakkantham Vamsi makes his debut as director with this film. Allu Arjun, however, is still lagging in the overseas market even as his cousin Ram Charan has made it to the top five.
