Samantha and Naga Chaitanya at their romantic best!

Chi La Sow, produced by Naga Chaitanya and directed by his wife Samantha’s best friend Rahul Ravindran, is releasing this week. 

Chaitanya’s cousin, Sushanth is the lead actor of the film. During the film’s promotions, Sam and Chay revealed some of their love secrets to the audience. When director Rahul Ravindran asked Naga Chaitanya when he first fell in love with Samantha and when he proposed to her, he replied, “We have known each other for almost 10 years, since the film Ye Maya Chesave. And from the last seven years, I have been trying my best to impress Sam! I had no other option but to marry her.”

When Rahul jokingly asked why it had taken him so long, Samantha said in jest, “He was running after many girls and my token number arrived only after seven years!”

To which Chay quickly interjected, “They are adding masala, actually I never had many girls in my life!” He added, “One and half years ago, we decided to take our relationship to the next level. It was a mutual decision.” 

Interestingly, Samantha said that it was “love at first sight” for her. 

Rahul Ravindran and wife Chinmayi also revealed their love story at the event, while Sushanth participated in the discussion.
