Rangammatta made Anasuya Bharadwaj popular

Vijayawada: Fans tried to catch a glimpse and capture the picture on their cell phones of the Telugu film and TV actress Anasuya Bharadwaj who was in the city. The actress came to  Vijayawada to participate in a private programme here on Saturday.

Speaking to mediapersons, she praised  women in Vijayawada, for being beauty conscious. 

She said that the character in Rangasthalam,  her latest movie, has brought her a good name and said she was happy to act as aunt to Ramcharam, hero of the movie.  She thanked Telugu people for their response to Rangasthalam and also her character Rangammatta.

She informed that her nex project will be released soon with hero Srinivasa Reddy and said she had signed for two other movies, which will be on the sets soon.  People from several places in the city reached the venue of the programme and greeted her.
