Producer confirms lower OTT price for The Raja Saab

One of the most-awaited films of the upcoming Sankranthi season, The Raja Saab, is directed by Maruthi and star Prabhas in the lead. The horror-comedy has generated considerable buzz, thanks to its promotional content.
While fans eagerly await the release, producer TG Vishwa Prasad has opened up about the film’s OTT deal. He confirmed that the digital rights have been closed, but surprised many by candidly admitting that the film fetched a lower price than initially expected. Explaining the reason, Vishwa Prasad said that this reflects the current realities of the OTT market.
Despite the relatively lower OTT valuation, the makers remain confident about the film’s theatrical prospects. The Sankranthi festival release is expected to work in the film’s favour and help it post strong box-office numbers.
On the promotional front, the team is reportedly planning a grand pre-release event on December 27, 2025, as part of the final push ahead of the film’s release.
