Hyderabad: News of K Pop idols never fails to attract youngsters across the world. RM aka Kim Namjoon, popular among the BTS group for his chiseled and buff body, follows a tough fitness regimen to remain the heartthrob of fans.

The pop star believes in a full body workout for the overall toned and healthier look rather than focusing on body parts exclusively.
HIIT- High-intensity interval training takes the cardio workout to another level with repeated bouts of high intensity anaerobic exercise followed by low activity intervals to help the body recover.
RM also incorporates dance session, his favourite in his workout to avoid boredom. Apart from dancing, his cardio routine also includes running, swimming, cycling, air squats and burpees.
For the shape and symmetry, RM practices bodyweight training which include push-ups, lunges, crunches, leg raises, mountain climbers and punches, apart from planks.
The K pop star also gives thrust to core strength as it helps in maintaining stamina during rigorous dance practices. This strengthens muscles in core to work in harmony for better balance and steadiness.
To pull out any move deftly and be agile on the stage, RM also invests time in doing yoga to regulate his mood and have better control on a range of emotions.
RM also ensures that he eats it right because your body is what you feed it. His diet regime has three meals a day and occasionally, provides it with snacks to withstand the strenuous workout sessions.
