Ajmal signs a suspense thriller

Ajmal, who created an impact with his debut Anjathey, went into oblivion after a few movies like Ko only to return as a villain with the recent Arulnithi’s thriller Iravukku Aayiram Kangal. The young doctor turned actor who feels he may be typecast as a baddie, is picking his roles carefully. Ajmal’s next is Nungambaakkam, a film that is based on real-life incidents where he essays a cop.

Now, the actor has chosen a suspense thriller titled Vyugam. Santhosh Menon directs the film. New girl Aishwarya Raj plays Ajmal’s love interest. Deepak Nilambur has composed the music. The background score will be one of the highlights of the movie, claims Santhosh.  Anuya, Cheran Raj, Aarthi, Charanya, Deepak are in the supporting cast.
