Val Kilmer's obsessed with Cate Blanchett

Veteran Hollywood star Val Kilmer has been an ardent admirer of Australian actress Cate Blanchett, but he recently moved into stalker territory, when he revealed in a series of tweets that he had once flown to Australia just to meet her — but was confronted by the actress’ husband instead.

The Batman Forever star tweeted, “Once I flew all the way to Australia just to talk to Cate Blanchett. Her husband met me first. Or, instead, I guess, to be accurate. And recently I’ve had 2 dreams with #CateBlanchett in them. Her husband wasn’t in either of them. (sic)” He also tweeted a photo of the actress and captioned it “I mean even if she couldnt act you know what I mean? (sic).”
