Why makers of Katrina, Varun's dance extravaganza think it'll be a sureshot success
The core cast of Remo's ABCD, including Prabhudheva, is expected to be a part of his upcoming film as well.
Remo D’Souza’s upcoming dance film starring Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif is being touted as the biggest dance film to be made in India. The makers are confident that the film will do well because of Varun’s track record.
“October was not a big-ticket film — it was a small budget, offbeat film. But all his other films — ABCD 2, Judwaa 2 and Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya — have all been roaring successes. With Katrina starring alongside him and Remo as the director, the film will definitely be a hit in terms of music and satellite rights. Being a dance film, it can be promoted on all the dance reality shows on television,” a trade insider says.
The core cast of Remo’s ABCD, including Prabhudheva, is expected to be a part of his upcoming film as well. According to sources in the industry, the film will be made at a cost of Rs 100 crore.
