After portraying Life in a Metro, Anurag Basu to now show the 'Crime' in it
This time around, the film will carry a dark genre titled Crime in a Metro
Anurag Basu’s plans after Jagga Jasoos are clear. He is making a sequel. No, there is no sequel to Jagga Jasoos as of yet, because it’s doubtful he would like to revisit that terrain again, but a sequel to his much-acclaimed film Life In A Metro.
The director of films like Barfi and Gangster, who just finished judging the TV show Super Dancer 2 with his Life In A Metro actress Shilpa Shetty, is planning a sequel to the film. However, this time around, the film will carry a dark genre.
In terms of a sequel, only a portion of the title remains the same. “The film has been titled Crime In A Metro. The story idea is basically exploring the dark side of the city of Mumbai. The film looks at several people who come to Mumbai, live here, and how they get entangled in the world of crime,” says a source.
