Deepika Padukone meets Ranveer Singh's extended family

Ranveer Singh had a small get together earlier this week for his family and extended relatives. The reason was that he had to introduce his ladylove Deepika Padukone to them. Many of Ranveer’s close family and friends are huge fans of the Om Shanti Om actress and have wanted to meet her.

A source informs, “But Deepika has been very busy of late. She had been shooting and then was in a multitude of meetings regarding future projects and brand endorsements. Finally, when she found the time, Ranveer arranged for a family dinner. Deepika was the star guest at the event. Everyone met her and clicked pictures as well,” informs our source.

Ranveer and Deepika have been linked together for about four years now, but then the couple have never made any statement about their relationship in public. Hence, there was little chance that Ranveer could introduce Deepika otherwise to his relatives. But with every passing day it does seem that the relationship will see a new twist soon.

However, Ranveer Singh's spokesperson denied the story calling it untrue.
