Mumbai: Connplex Cinemas engaged in developing low cost advanced cinema theatres with luxurious seating arrangement, advanced sound systems, and high definition projection technology to provide an elevated movie-going experience announced Rs 90.27 crore initial public offering to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.
The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for capital expenditure related to purchase of LED screens and projectors, setting up of a corporate office, working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
The public issue in the price band of Rs 168 to Rs 177 per equity share of Rs 10 face value opens on August 6 and closes on August 11, 2025. Connplex operates 25 cinemas with 66 operational screens and 5060 seats across 7 states - Gujarat(12), Bihar(8), Maharashtra(1), Odisha(1), Telangana(1), Rajasthan(1) and Chattisgarh(1).
