Intermediate Public Exams In AP From Feb. 23

VIJAYAWADA: The Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) in Andhra Pradesh has announced the schedule for both first and second year intermediate public examinations from February 23, 2026 between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.

BIE secretary Dr. Narayana Bharat Gupta released the schedule here on Friday.

For first year students, Telugu / Sanskrit / Urdu / Hindi / Tamil / Oriya / Kannada / Arabic / French and Persian paper for regular students and second language paper-1 will be held on February 23. English paper 1 for regular students and Part 1 in English Paper 1 for backlog students will be on February 25. History paper 1 for regular students, Botany paper 1 and history paper 1 for backlog students will be on February 27.

Mathematics paper 1 for regular students and Mathematics paper 1A for backlog students will be on March 2. Biology paper 1 for regular students and Mathematics paper 1B and zoology paper 1 for backlog students will be on March 5. Economics paper 1 for both regular and backlog students will be on March 7. Physics paper 1 for both regular and backlog students will be on March 10.

Commerce paper 1 for regular students and Commerce paper 1, Sociology paper 1, Fine Arts, Music paper 1 for backlog students will be held on March 12. Civics paper 1 for both regular students and Mathematics paper 1 (for BiPC students) for backlog students will be held on March 14. Chemistry paper 1 for both regular and backlog students will be held on March 17. Public Administration paper 1 and Logic paper 1 for both regular and backlog students will be on March 20. Modern Language paper 1 and Geography paper 1 for both regular and backlog students will be on March 24.

For second year students, part II of Second Language paper II will be held on February 24. Part 1 of English paper II will be on February 26. Botany and History paper II will be on February 28. Mathematics paper II A and Civics paper II will be on March 3. Zoology and Economics paper II will be on March 6. Mathematics paper II B will be on March 9.

Commerce, Sociology and Fine Arts, Music paper II will be on March 11. Physics paper II will be on March 13. Modern Language paper II and Geography II will be on March 16. Chemistry paper II will be on March 18. Public Administration paper II and Logic paper II will be on March 23.

However, Ethics and Human Values examination will be held on January 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Environmental Education examination will be held on January 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Practical examinations will be held from January 27 to February 10.
