Vijayawada: Ending his long back affection with the state, Telangana Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhara Rao is visiting the city after 15-long years.

In these 15 long years, he never visited Andhra and Rayalaseema regions though he was supposed to attend many programmes during the Telangana agitation. He accepted the invitation from AP Chief Minister to attend the stone-laying  ceremony, on October 22.

“KCR was supposed to visit Tirumala and Vijayawada Durga temple in the next couple of months to present the ornaments. His decision to attend the function at Amaravati has advanced his date with AP,” a CMO official said.
