Dhanush and Durai Senthilkumar would team up for a political thriller

It was reported earlier that Dhanush and Durai Senthilkumar would team up for a political thriller. The untitled film was to have the actor playing a dual role for the first time in his career of more than a decade.
Though there aren’t more details pertaining to the cast and crew, a little birdie tells us that the crew is mulling over the prospect of roping in an actress from B’town for the movie. The names of many actresses have been circulating and we hear that Vidya Balan is likely to join the team, as the crew is eager to cast her in the flick opposite the character played by Dhanush. The movie would mark the actress’s debut in Tamil.
She was earlier rumoured to star in a few Tamil films which didn’t materialise. Interestingly, both Dhanush and Vidya are national award winners and this would be the third movie of Durai produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films.
