Nani-Mani Ratnam To Collaborate?

There have been multiple reports of a collaboration between ace director Mani Ratnam and Natural star Nani over the years, but the stars never seemed to be in favour of that particular pairing. Now, however, reliable sources say a joint project is indeed materializing — it could start rolling early next year.

“After Paradise, Nani’s next is with Mani Ratnam. The love story is likely to go on the floors in March 2026,” says the source, who is close to the actor.

After the success of his Hit: The Third Case, when Nani was asked which director he would like to work with – Sandeep Reddy Vanga or Mani Ratnam – he had picked the former. But recently, he changed that to Mani Ratnam. And the Universe, it appears, was listening.
