Rowdy is official now

The Mohan Babu and Ram Gopal Varma film Rowdy is going to hit screens on April 4, as per an official announcement by the filmmakers.

Varma has directed a full-fledged Telugu film after a long time. Interestingly, when he chose Mohan Babu as the lead actor, it generated a lot of curiosity as both are big names and are working together for the first time. Manchu Vishnu is also there in the film.

The promos that were released a few days back created lot of buzz on social media. Mohan Babu played many characters in his four-decade film career but in this one he has a completely different avatar. Varma, known for the sensuous songs in his films, has delivered Nee Meeda Ottu picturised on Vishnu Manchu and Shanvi, as per expectations.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed doing this film. It has incredible energy and is exciting” says Vishnu and added that it will fulfil audiences’ expectations.
