Tobacco and alcohol lands Harbhajan Singh in trouble: reports
Jalandhar: Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh’s wedding to Bollywood actress Geeta Basra is the current talk of the town – both for its celebrity presence and the alleged trouble it caused. After reports of photographers jostled by bouncers, a complaint has been lodged against the cricketer by Sikh organisations. They claimed that 113 types of tobacco was served at the event.

According to reports, hookah and tobacco called the shots at the high-profile wedding which caused anger among the Sikh groups who, now, want strict action against Harbhajan. They have also threatened to file a complaint with Akal Takht – one of the five takhts of Sikhs.

Sikhism, a religion which forbids consumption of tobacco and alcohol caused the controversy. On the other hand, the bouncers – Babul, Kuldeep, Ravi and Navjot – were arrested on Thursday for misbehaving with the media.
