Hyderabad: Two bikers broke into the Telangana State Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s convoy near Hayatnagar and followed the Chief Minister for at least four kilometres before their bike dashed against a police vehicle on Sunday afternoon.
Police officials said that the duo was too drunk and their intention was to do something adventurous by riding with the Chief Minister. The duo was injured after the collision and was shifted to a private hospital.

The incident occurred at around 3.30 pm, when the Chief Minister was coming from Munugode of Nalgonda after visiting the constituency. “The two, Srinivas Chari and Prakash, came on a bike and started driving along the convoy,” said a police officer who was in the police vehicle.
