Mardan: Weighing 68 stone and eating 36 eggs for breakfast everyday, Pakistan's Arbab Khizer Hayat is the real life Hercules.

The 25-year-old Hayat from the Pakistani city of Mardan is considered to be the world's strongest man and is preparing to be a weightlifting champion. He can stop a tractor, pull two cars at a time and can even lift huge men -- all with a single arm.

Hayat's everyday diet consists of 36 eggs, 7 pounds of meat and 5 litres of milk. Hayat stands tall at 6 feet 3 inches and has no health issues despite his abnormal weight.

A video footage showing Hayat stopping a tractor with just one hand is doing rounds on the internet.

"I started gaining weight in my teens but I realised that I wanted to get into weightlifting and strongman championships. So I continued to put on weight," said Hayat who has become an internet sensation and receives a lot of visitors who throng his home to click selfies.
