Producing fake medical certificates is one of the tactics used by ISIS fighters to withdraw from war front. They often beg in front of doctors and urge them to provide a fake medical note, which they use to stay away from battle.

Islamic State group has long been struggling to keep up its fighters' morale which is largely affected by the terror group's constant defeat in their caliphates as well as insufficient funds which leave the fighters with no money for food and basic necessities.

Although Iraqi forces have beefed up security measures against ISIS, the terror group continues to carry out suicide attacks in the region.
