Egypt: Awful video shows man pulling out his friend's teeth with rusty pliers

London: In a gory video that has gone viral on social media, a man in a makeshift ‘clinic’ by a roadside in Egypt is seen yanking out the tooth of a ‘patient’, complete with the root, using nothing but a pair of rusted pliers.

The video shows a man sitting patiently on a chair, while the ‘dentist’ rummages through his mouth with the rugged instrument.

He is clearly apprehensive and is seen breaking away a couple of times and seeking some time, before the ‘dentist’ decides that it is time to get into action.

The man holds the rotten tooth firmly by the pliers and pulls it out with one strong yank, complete with the root, to the ensuing loud cry from his patient, who bends over with pain, clutching his jaw.

The dentist meanwhile is seen smiling gleefully in triumph, flashing his trophy tooth in the camera.
