Cairo, Egypt: A shocking video has surfaced online in which a man publicly tries to behead his wife before angry on-lookers attack him in Egypt.
The incident took place in Cairo, Egypt.
The video footage starts with a man crouching over a woman on the street. He then tries to hold the woman's head in an attempt to slit her throat.
As the man is about to hurt the woman, an unknown person comes to her rescue and kicks the attacker, knocking him out.
Encouraged by the act of the passer-by, other on-lookers also join in. Unable to save himself from the angry mob, the attacker tries to flee from the spot.
The video was uploaded on LiveLeak and it claimed that the woman was safe.
