Paris, France: Prosecutors in Paris have opened an inquiry into a video attributed to the ISIS showing two children, presented as being French, and suggesting they took part in the killing of Syrian prisoners, a judicial source said Monday.
The 14-minute video entitled "In my father's footsteps", which was released on Sunday by ISIS, shows a teenager who says he lived in France and was "the son of a French fighter who died a martyr". There is also another younger boy in the video.
