18-year-old allegedly gangraped in UK by migrants who lured her with free drinks

Kent: An 18-year old girl was allegedly gangraped by foreign men who lured her with the promise of free drinks to a migrant dosshouse last year in England’s Kent, a court was informed.

The young girl had to suffer the terrifying ordeal for over three hours as men took turns to rape her, despite her desperate appeals for them to stop, according to a report in The Daily Mail.

The court heard her interview to the police, where she revealed how she and her friends were asked to come to a Halloween party last year and were told they would get free drinks. Once they reached the dosshouse, she realised it was filled with only men. According to her, some of them looked like they were from middle-east and could not speak English.

She recalled how one of the men dragged her upstairs against her will and forced her into sexual intercourse. Several men were gathered outside the room, laughing and watching her being raped. And when she tried escaping, another man pulled her and raped her.

"One of them forced me upstairs and had sex with me... he forced me to have sex. All of them were at the door. I was naked. I was being gang-raped. I was telling them that I did not want it... I wanted it to stop but they were getting more forceful.”

"In the downstairs bedroom I thought there was a man who would help me but he raped me as well. I was trying to get out, but as I got to the front door there were ten of them standing by it. I tried to fight my way through them but another man grabbed my hand and pulled me to an upstairs bedroom."

"He raped me. I kept saying stop and he started to get more aggressive. I ran out of the bedroom. I headbutted one of them and punched one. I lost it as I went downstairs, I went mad and they still would not let me out.”

The victim managed to finally escape after her friend went out and asked a local for help.

“My friend got a man from over the road and he was talking to them to try to get me out. Even when I was walking up the road the boys were walking with me, begging me to come back in."

Two accused men were at the trial but denied charges of rape. One of the accused claimed that the sex was consensual and the victim had begged him to have sex with her.

The other accused told the court that she had agreed to have sex with the men at the dosshouse for money.

The prosecutor told the court that based on the evidence and statements of the alleged victim and accused, it was up to the jury to decide if the sex was consensual or not. The matter has been posted for hearing at a later date.
