London: A chilling new footage has emerged in Youtube that shows a woman being ‘exorcised’ by a djinn.
The video shows a hissing, snarling girl bound by two men holding her wrist and arms, while a man seemingly in his middle age, reads out verses from what appears to be the Quran.
The video, originally posted in Youtube by a group whose name translates into ‘It's the time for the truth’, explains that "djinn in Islam are spiritual beings that can attack humans by order of Shaitan or Iblis, the equivalent of satan in Christianity. A demonic possession and an exorcism or deliverance exercise of a woman victim of one of these evil spiritual beings is shown."
The ‘exorcist’ is seen striking the woman lightly on her forehead and her arms all the while as it read out passages in Arabic. They are seen surrounded by many others recording the incident in their cell phone cameras.
As the exorcism progresses, a woman in the background is heard clapping and calling out the girl’s name, Carmela, in an attempt to wake her from her state, to which she responds in a blood-curdling low voice “She's going to hell.”
As the ritual progresses, the exorcist is seen stubbing a burning matchstick on her forehead, forcing her to repeat a few verses from the holy Quran, and even makes her drink some water, following which she is seen collapsing after hissing, groaning and lurching upwards....
