On-duty female cop has open sex with an ex-colleague in Manchester bar

Greater Manchester, England: Greater Manchester police department is investigating a case in which a female cop who was on-duty is accused of having sex with her ex-colleague during a reunion party at Rain bar near Bridgewater Street in Manchester, according to a report in the Daily Mail.

The woman was accused of having sex while being on-duty, which is termed as an act of misconduct. Several on-lookers who witnessed the act made formal complaints to the Professional Standards Branch of the police department which carries out investigation on incidents relating to misconduct.

Although investigators said that they have not yet found any significant evidence against the woman cop, they persuaded people to come forward and provide them with information on the incident.

The female officer was attending a police reunion party in a private room of the bar. A witness said that he saw the woman officer on top of a man when suddenly the couple went out in the balcony. Since it was a see-through balcony, many of the attendees of the reunion could see the duo perform sex.

About 60 people who attended the reunion witnessed the intimate act.

Investigators are collecting evidences against the woman cop as well as the ex-police officer involved in the act. They are also speaking to the bar staff and even considering the CCTV footage to get information.
