China Slams Trump’s Trade War in Fiery Video, Urges Global Resistance

Beijing slams US economic aggression, vows to ‘stand firm’ and calls on nations to resist Trump’s tactics

In a pointed rebuttal to President Donald Trump’s escalating trade war, China’s Foreign Ministry has released a dramatic video accusing the U.S. of economic bullying and urging other countries to resist American dominance.

Posted on social media, the video features English narration with Chinese subtitles and condemns U.S. trade policies as historic acts of coercion. “Bowing to a bully is like drinking poison to quench thirst – it only deepens the crisis,” the narrator states. “China won’t kneel down.”

Framing itself as a victim of U.S. economic aggression, China referenced past cases like Toshiba and Alstom—companies it claims were broken up under American pressure—and blamed U.S. tactics for Japan’s long-term economic stagnation.

In contrast, China positioned itself as a reliable trade partner and defender of global economic cooperation. “China will stand firm, no matter how hard the wind blows,” the video declares. “Someone has to step forward, torch in hand to shatter the fog.”

The video, doubling as a warning to Washington and a call for international solidarity, urges nations to “stand tall” and “break through the walls of hegemony.”
