'You are like second wife': Stepfather rapes transgender daughter for 13 years

A stepfather has been accused of brutally raping his transgender daughter, who had recently undergone gender reassignment surgery. The victim secretly filmed the entire act on camera and handed over the proof to police officials.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, the victim told police that almost after a year of getting her gender changed, her stepfather tried to forcefully kiss her. While forcing himself on her, the accused kept saying, "I just can't help myself. You have become such a beautiful woman."

The matter is currently being investigated in Victorian County Court after the victim filed a police complaint and provided them with the footage.

The court also heard that once when the victim's mother had gone to the church, her stepfather forced himself on her saying that, "I know you have wanted this since your operation" and even threatened her of dire consequences if she told anyone about the incest rape.

The accused also threatened the victim by saying that he will ruin her mother financially if she disclosed anything about the incest relationship to her.

During the trial of the case, prosecutor Livitsanos told the court that accused would often tell his victim that she was his second wife and that she should be happy to have sex with him as not many men would want a woman like her.

In her statement, the victim said that once her stepfather took her to a hotel at night saying that it was their honeymoon. He forced her to engage in vaginal sex for the first time, even though she pleaded to him that she was not sexually active as a woman.

The victim told the court that she feared of being damaged and was repeatedly raped despite her cries of pain, adding that the forced incest relationship had been going on for the past 13 years.

In 2015, the victim finally decided to film the entire act on camera as proof and drag her rapist father to the court. "He is a remorseless, amoral and dangerous individual," the victim was quoted as saying.
