Hyderabad: A Texas-based journalist has released a follow-up video on allegations of H-1B-related misconduct involving Nagarjuna Reddy Sakam, who runs Great America Technologies.
Journalist Sara Gonzales first raised the allegations in May after confronting Sakam at his house. However, he denied any wrongdoing at the time.
In her latest video, Gonzales said former workers and H-1B employees had alleged months of unpaid salaries. One Indian worker also claimed he paid $6,000-$7,000 in consultancy-related fees and later faced salary delays after joining Sakam’s company.
Gonzales also showed that Sakam’s house was listed for sale and claimed he planned to return to India. There is no official confirmation that he has left the US or plans to do so. The allegations have not been independently verified.
