Man throws semen at women, caught
A man has been arrested after he allegedly threw his semen at women in supermarkets, a media report said on Monday. Manuel Banuelos-Alcala, 47, is accused of following strangers into shops and lobbing semen at them before walking away, the Independent said.
One of the alleged victims told a local TV station in Portland she had semen thrown at her in November and again in April this year. “Ever since it happened the first time, you’re always on high alert that something’s going to happen, but I did not expect it a second time,” she said.
It is not clear where he deliberately targeted the same women twice or whether it was a coincidence, the Independent said. Banuelos-Alcala was arrested at the car park of the same store where he had attacked the woman, the report said.
