Tampa, Florida: In a bizarre incident, a man has been accused of killing a woman while having sex with her and continued the act even after she was dead, according to a report in the Mirror.
Timothy Johnson, 25, was accused of murdering 52-year-old Judith Therianos after her decomposed body was found in the woods.
Investigators said that Therianos died due to blunt force trauma and that she was killed while having sex with Johnson.
Authorities believe that while having sex, Therianos allegedly told Johnson to stop, but the latter killed her instead.
The accused continued to sexually assault the body of the victim for a while after she was dead. He then took her corpse and dumped it in the woods.
The incident came to light when the decomposed body of the victim was found and was identified by her fingerprints.
Investigators are trying to ascertain the reason behind the crime. Johnson has been arrested on the charges of murdering Therianos and has been detained at Land O' Lakes Detention Center.
