Buenos Aires: In a shocking incident, a video has surfaced on the internet showing a 94-year-old Alzheimer patient being tortured, kicked and slapped by her caretaker in Argentina. The video has been secretly shot by the victim’s daughter.
Miriam Marino’s neighbours had warned her that the caretaker she had hired for her ill mother could possibly torture her.
Marino then set up a hidden CCTV camera to keep an eye on the caretaker. Then she realised the torment her mother had to undergo in the presence of the caretaker.
The caretaker has been working for Marino for the past three years. The video captured shows the caretaker slapping the old lady, hitting her on the head several times, grabbing her by her hair and even kicking her.
Marino shared the disgraceful act of the caretaker on social media to warn others while hiring caretakers.
