To prove his innocence, Canadian rape accused shows his micropenis to jury

The accused's lawyer told the jury that he had one-inch penis -- measuring approximately two-inch when erect.

Ottawa, Canada: A Canadian man who is accused of raping and choking two women, has claimed that he has been falsely accused and that he could not commit the crime due to obesity and his small-sized penis.

According to a report in the Mirror, the accused Jacques Rouschop, pleaded not guilty to rape charges against him. He was accused of attacking two sex workers in Ottawa, Canada in 2013.

The women had claimed that the accused had attacked and choked them until they fainted in the backseat of his truck.

However, when the case was under trial in court, the accused's lawyer argued that he could not have committed any crime because of his physical limitations.

The accused's lawyer said that his obesity was a major hurdle as he could not attract women, and therefore had to often visit sex workers.

While arguing in the court, the accused's lawyer told the jury that he had one-inch penis -- measuring approximately two-inch when erect. The jury were also shown naked photographs of the accused to prove his point.

Moreover, the accused said that he suffered from "umbilical hernia" which makes it "too painful to have sex from behind."

His lawyer also said that he cared a lot about sex workers and often bought groceries and other daily essentials for them. He had even brought a woman home for sleepover and dinner with his mother, said the lawyer.

The case is currently under trial.
